REGISTER TO VOTE

Voting in the United States of America is both a right and privilege. You should register if:

1. You are a legal citizen in the United States of America
2. If you have never registered to vote or need to update your voter registration
3. You will be 18 years old or older on or before the election you want to vote in
4. You will be a resident of Ohio for at least 30 days before the election you want to vote in
5. You are not incarcerated (in jail or prison) for a felony conviction
6. You have not been declared incompetent for voting purposes by a probate court
7. You have not been permanently disenfranchised for violations of election laws

Turn in at least 30 days prior to the election date.
